How to rent a house in Norway, including tips for renters

The Norwegian rent market is a little tricky these days, and even though we don’t have a lot of choice for what to rent, there are a lot to consider.

Here are some of the key things to consider before you move to Norway.


Where to rent?

Renters are looking for a place with good, clean, quiet space.

In Oslo, this usually means a small apartment building or a small town.

If you want to rent an apartment, the apartment market is really, really crowded.

In the capital, Oslo, the average rent is around €1,500 per month.

If that sounds expensive, think about it.

In some cities, like Stockholm, this can be as little as €700.

In other parts of Norway, such as Førnsvadnag, it can be more like €2,500.2.

Rent a home?

This may seem like a no-brainer, but it’s actually a tricky process.

The first step is to figure out how much you’ll need to rent in your area.

For example, in Oslo, you could rent a 2,500 sqm (30,000 square feet) apartment in a very quiet area.

In many of the small towns, such an apartment is almost always reserved for couples.

You might need to ask yourself, “Do I need to bring my wife with me?

Is there space for two other people to live together?”

Also, there may be some downsides to renting in a quiet area like Oslo.

You will probably be a bit more likely to be a pest if you live in an apartment with a lot people living in it.

This is one of the reasons you may want to choose a more spacious place.3.

You might be able to get a house for €200 to €300 per month depending on your location and your budget.

It’s also possible to buy a home in Oslo and rent it out for a month or so, if you can find the space.

If this sounds like a lot, think again.

It can be very expensive to rent out a house.

The average cost of a house is around $2,000 to $3,000 per month in Oslo.4.

What about taxes?

There are several tax-free areas in Norway.

In addition to Oslo, there is also the small island of Halden in the North Sea.

In that area, you can deduct taxes up to 15% on your income and up to 25% on sales, and you can also deduct up to 30% on property taxes.5.

Where should I rent?

There’s no hard and fast rule as to which places are the best for you.

It depends on your budget, the size of your property and your family size.

In smaller cities, you’ll probably want to look at apartments, so you can buy a larger place if you’re going to live in one.

For larger cities, it’s probably a good idea to rent apartments in smaller places to avoid having to worry about tax issues.

The best rental in Oslo is usually a three-bedroom apartment, but there are some apartments available in smaller apartments.6.

In Norway, there’s a huge amount of furniture, which is an absolute must.
