The German rental market has been on fire for the past few years, and this month it finally hit its peak.

According to research from the German Association of Real Estate Agents (KfW), the market in the country has been booming, with houses going for around 1.5 million euros ($1.7 million) per month.

While this isn’t the cheapest price to rent in the world, it’s the highest prices for an apartment in Germany in 2017.

There were also some very cheap deals on houses, especially in the suburbs, and many people were finding out about them in the news.
